Replace Lost/Stolen Card

Use the Replace Lost/Stolen Card endpoint to report a card as lost or stolen and to request a replacement card. This endpoint is valid only for physical cards and Digital First cards. The response from this endpoint includes the new PAN, new expiry date, and new CVV for the replacement card. You must be PCI-compliant to receive the full PAN; otherwise, you will receive a masked PAN.

638-02Failure to post fees to account.
638-03Card already marked lost/stolen and in progress or completed. A replacement has already been created.
638-05Card Status is not valid. Card status is L or S already.
638-06Invalid card type. Card is a virtual card, which is not supported.
