The Dispute API is under development and will be generally available in 2025.
Use the Get Other Accounts endpoint to get a list of other accounts for this account holder. Call this endpoint when the account holder answers Yes to the question "Is the other transaction on a [your brand] Card?" (IssuerOrCardholderOtherAcctWithDiff[MC|Visa]CardInd)
