An overdraft credit limit was changed. The change occurred because of one of these conditions:

Account feature 17 is changed to P (participating) and the core account meets requirements for a credit-limit increase.
The credit limit is decreased.
The credit limit is removed because the account no longer meets eligibility requirements.
