Get Case Summary



The Dispute API is under development and will be generally available in 2025.

Use the Get Case Summary endpoint to retrieve a summary of the case.

This endpoint is part of a conversational API—a series of endpoint calls that must be made in a certain order. If this endpoint returns CustomerContactOverrideDate, do not display it to account holders on your interface.
