An overdraft account was suspended or frozen. The ODSC: overdraft_status_change message is sent at the same time as this message is sent.

Code — ODSK
Event trigger — One of the following takes place:
- The overdraft account status is updated to K (suspended)
- The overdraft freeze status is changed to Frozen: 1.
Processes — These processes contain the event trigger:
- Modify Status endpoint with type: 14
- Internal process that detects whether the monthly fee cap has been exceeded
- Galileo-hosted cardholder website
- Customer Service Tool
