Personal name parameters

By default, the name parameters (firstName, middleName, lastName) accept only letters (including International characters, when enabled), spaces, single quotes, and hyphens.

The name parameters for ACH accounts follow the rules in ACH name parameters.

To support an extended character set for the name parameters, the CNSCR provider parameter must be set.

ACH name parameters

To conform with Nacha file conventions, the name parameters for Add ACH Account (name, firstName, lastName) and Add ACH Account Corporate (name, companyName) accept these characters only. International characters with diacritics (accents, umlauts) are not supported.

International characters are Latin letters with diacritics such as accent marks, umlauts, and tildes. To use this character set, contact Galileo to enable it.

The Latin-9 ISO-8859-15 character set includes these characters:
