Personal name parameters
By default, the name parameters (firstName, middleName, lastName) accept the character set in the table below. You can also enable International characters and the extended character set for the name fields.

ACH name parameters
To conform with Nacha file conventions, the name parameters for Add ACH Account (name, firstName, lastName) and Add ACH Account Corporate (name, companyName) accept these characters only. International characters with diacritics (accents, umlauts) are not supported.

International characters
International characters are Latin letters with diacritics such as accent marks, umlauts, and tildes. To use this character set, contact Galileo to enable it.
The Latin-9 ISO-8859-15 character set includes these characters:
