BillPay Switch Failure Reasons

These are the possible values for status_reason in the BPSE: billpay_switch_event event message when status: failed.

device-disconnectedThe device used to start the task is no longer connected.
payment-method-lockedThe payment method selected is currently locked in the service provider's system. The user will need to try again after the lockout has ended.
payment-method-not-supportedThe payment method selected is not available to be used for the select service provider. Another payment method must be used.
payment-switch-unsuccessfulThe payment switch was unsuccessful, reason unknown. This user's payment method cannot be switched with this service provider at this time.
subscription-inactiveThe subscription selected is currently inactive.
subscription-managed-by-partner-providerThe subscription selected is managed by a partner provider. The payment method must be updated via the partner provider's portal.
