Set User-Defined Account Field

Use the Set User-Defined Account Field endpoint to create or update custom data elements on an account. There is no technical limit on the number of fields that you can add. These fields are visible in the CSTCST - Customer Service Tool. Software that the Galileo customer service team uses, which is also available to providers, to view customers and their accounts..

  • fieldId — Provide an identifier for the field. This identifier needs to be unique only to the account.
  • fieldValue — Provide the value for that field.

To update a field, pass the existing fieldId and the new value for fieldValue.
