msg_event_id		Unique Galileo-generated identifier for this message. Example: `"243693"`

opentobuy_ts		The exact date-time at which `open_to_buy` was captured. Format: `YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.ssssss` Example: `"2025-03-17 14:06:50.243654"`
original_balance_id		Refund checks only. Balance ID (`galileo_account_number`) of the closed account that is being refunded. Example: `"543922"`
original_prn		Refund checks only. PRN (`pmt_ref_no`) of the closed account that is being refunded. Example: `"999101344532"`
otype		Valid values: `R` (electronic bill payment); `Z` (paper check)
pmt_ref_no	X	Galileo 12-digit payment reference number (PRN) for the account. Example: `"999101003022"`
prod_id	X	The product ID of the account. Example: `"1701"`
prog_id	X	The program ID of the account. Example: `"305"`
source_id		ID for the adjustment (`adj_id`) out of the account.
