Galileo Tools
Galileo offers a number of tools to help you manage your Galileo program and products. These tools are built and maintained in-house by Galileo. Consult the table below.

Galileo Client Console (GCC) | View configuration for your program and products. Examples include product parameters, fees, velocity limits, MCC blocks, MCC upcharges, country blocks, Program API methods, Events API alerts. |
Customer Service Tool (CST) | View individual cardholder data and transactions. Initiate transactions on behalf of a cardholder, including canceling, activating, provisioning a card or disputing a transaction. Administer and manage users, adjust the permissions for a role by adding and removing rights. |
GAnalytics | Reporting and analytics tool that provides predefined reports covering information such as KPIs, account and card status, applications and activations, settled transactions, loads, fees, and authorizations. |
Client Portal | Jira ticket management system used to receive your and bank support requests. |
Organization Management Portal | Connect your enterprise identity provider (IdP) to enable SSO to access Galileo’s applications. |
Accessing tools
Galileo tools are accessible via SSO once you have connected your enterprise identity provider (IdP) with Galileo. Galileo supports all of the major IdPs, including:
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure)
- Other providers that use OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Clients who do not have an enterprise IdP can use Galileo as their provider to access each application.
Contact Galileo to complete the one-time IdP setup using an enterprise IdP or Galileo as your IdP. Otherwise, users at your organization will continue to access Galileo tools using their unique username and password.
Availability
All Galileo clients are required to onboard their IdP by early 2025.
