Modify status types
We updated type: 1
and type: 11
parameter descriptions in Modify Status Types to clarify that when you close a savings account and its associated debit account (DDA), and then you reopen the DDA using type: 1
or type: 11
, the savings account is automatically activated as well.
Authorized users
We added the new Get Authorized Users endpoint which provides the option of adding authorized users to a primary cardholder's secured credit account.
Federal benefit enrollment parameters
We added the product parameters for federal benefit enrollment to the ACH at Galileo guide.
Limit category transaction types
We added a section to Product Settings to indicate how each limit category transaction type is detected: ATM, CAD, CBA, POS, VFT.
Fraud scoring data object
If you subscribe to the Mastercard Expert Monitoring, Fraud Scoring Service, or Decision Intelligence (DI) service and you use the Auth API, ask Galileo to enable the fraud_scoring_data
object, which contains DE048SE75.
Added a response field to GIVE endpoint
We added the empty string response field to the overall_risk_level
and the risk_level
response params for Get Instant Verification Engine (GIVE):
Manual mobile-wallet procedure
We have updated the Setup for Mobile Wallets guide to provide a more granular description of the validations that Galileo performs as well as indicate when the event messages are sent and how to set parameters to permit instant-issue cards to be provisioned to mobile wallets.
Virtual card expiry
We have updated the instructions for replacing expiring virtual cards to have more explicit steps.
Cashback authorization limits
We clarified that when setting authorization limits for cashback amounts, you should not include CBA (cashback) with POS (point of sale) in the same limit, or the cashback amount will be double-counted against the limit.
Payment screening for incoming ACH credits updates
We have updated the Payment Screening for Incoming ACH Credits guide to add more details and to clarify some aspects of the process.
Removed account status
We removed account status: J
from the reference because it is not in use in the Galileo system.
