Dispute Questionnaire: FraudCardSecure
Availability
The Dispute API is under development and will be generally available in 2025.
This is an example response to the Dispute API endpoint Get Questionnaire after the previously submitted Add Case Reasons request contained questionnaire [{"identifier": "ClaimReasonType", "answerValue": "Fraud"}, {"identifier": "ClaimReason": "answerValue": "CardSecure"}] .
This response is from Dec 2023. Your response will probably be different from this one. Your interface must therefore be able to handle genuinely dynamic input. For that reason, you should not cache these questionnaires, because new questions will be added as network requirements change.
Questions that have blank or null answers can be ignored.
