Accessing sandbox APIs from local setup

Hi,

I have been trying to use sandbox api's from my local laptop(curl/postman).
This works for my colleagues(based in US), whereas it doesn't work for me (403 Error).
I am based out of India.

Can anybody please provide some explanation/workaround for this?
